Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of greenerbeauty.com and any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept them.

1. How a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, but a contract is only formed when we email to confirm despatch. If we cannot supply an item — because it is out of stock or mispriced — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

2. Pricing

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged in addition and shown at checkout before you pay. We take reasonable care with pricing, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to supply it at that price.

3. Availability

We may withdraw or change products at any time. Where an item is unavailable after you have ordered, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

4. Your right to cancel

5. Product information and claims

We describe products as accurately as we can, using information from their manufacturers. Colours may vary between screens. Always read the label and ingredient list before use, and patch-test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

Food supplements are not medicines. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated dose. Consult your GP or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, taking medication or managing a health condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

6. Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised. We may suspend an account used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

9. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something beyond our reasonable control. Where that happens we will contact you and either extend delivery or offer a refund.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
