We ship from the United Kingdom. Orders are picked Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are normally despatched the same day.

Delivery times are working days from despatch, not from when you order. We will email you tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Packaging
We pack in recyclable and plastic-free materials wherever the product allows it. Glass and pressurised items may need additional protection.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of despatch, contact us at support@greenerbeauty.com and we will chase the carrier and resolve it. If an item arrives damaged, send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because the address was wrong or undeliverable can be resent, but a further postage charge applies.
International
