Returns & Refunds

If something is not right, we will put it right. This page sets out both your legal rights and the additional goodwill we offer on top of them.

Changing your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days.

To cancel, email support@greenerbeauty.com with your order number. Return the items within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

Items we cannot take back once opened

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless they are faulty:

• Cosmetics and skincare that have been opened or used
• Food supplements where the tamper seal is broken
• Items sold as part of a sealed hygiene set

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Email us with your order number and a photograph and we will resolve it — you will not pay return postage on a faulty or incorrectly sent item.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of proof that you have sent them. We refund the price of the goods plus standard outbound delivery. If you chose a premium delivery service, we refund the standard rate.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service — until it reaches us, the parcel is your responsibility. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover it.
