This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use greenerbeauty.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect
- Information you give us — name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number, and the contents of any message you send us.
- Order information — what you bought, when, and the amount paid. We do not receive or store your full card number; payments are handled by our payment providers.
- Technical information — IP address, browser and device type, and how you move through the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Marketing preferences — whether you have asked to receive our emails.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Who we share it with
We share personal data only with providers who need it to run the shop: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, delivery carriers, and our email provider. Each processes data on our instructions under a written agreement. We do not sell your personal data.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement to protect it.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for seven years to meet HMRC requirements. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries not resulting in an order are kept for up to two years.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it elsewhere. You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. We will respond within one month.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
